Remark:
1.The height to diameter ratio of catalyst bed is 1:1, and the greater the height
to diameter ratio, the better the effect.
2.Wind speed is not higher than 2.5 m/s, the lower the wind speed, the better.
3.The optimal reaction temperature is 20℃-90℃, lower than 10℃ may reduce the efficiency of the catalyst; Proper heating helps to improve the efficiency of the catalyst.
4.It is recommended that the humidity of the working environment be lower than 60%. High humidity working environment will reduce efficiency of catalyst and shorten the service life.A dehumidifier can be installed to the front section of the honeycomb catalyst.
5.When the catalyst is used for a certain period of time, its activity will decline due to the accumulation of moisture absorption. The catalyst can be taken out and placed in the 120℃ oven for 8-10 hours ,It can be taken out and exposed to the strong sun if oven is not available, which can partially restore the performance and reuse it.
